If customs delays occur and the order is held in Portugal, this time until release does not count as delivery time.

If the post office is not in possession of your order, please contact us immediately so we can check with our suppliers.
If we confirm that there is a problem with the logistics of your order, we will issue a FULL refund immediately after these verification steps.
